How to upgrade if I paid for yearly subscripition?

    1. I think I paid for a yearly plan already but was interested in upgrading to the Silver plan. How would that work?
    2. Do you have a tech team? I want to add an engagement letter to jotform to get signed and then send q/a form and then get paid? Is there someone who can assist with that? Thanks.

    As I have verified, your account is currently in the Bronze Monthly Plan, so there wouldn't be any problem if you would like to upgrade to the Silver Annual plan and with the End of Year discounted rate: how-to-upgrade-my-account

    You can verify your current subscription on My Account page and by viewing your invoice: how-to-check-invoices.

    Are you referring to someone who can build the form for you? If it is, we recommend hiring freelancers or developers (i.e. in Upwork.com) to completely building your form.
