Jotform with dynamic data from website(nopcommerce)

Hi,

I'm using nopcommerce version 4.0, in this project we use jotform, I created a new form with few fields like a text box and dropdowns, this jotform I placed on the product details page.

But my question is I need to get the product id and fill in the jotform field dynamically with each product with respective jotform.
