Photos submitted form not showing

    Hello, a client has uploaded photos to her form, and the photos are not downloading.

    Hello Angelina,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    If you or your users are unable to open the uploaded files in the submission emails, it is most likely due to the privacy settings you have on your account.

    These privacy settings do not allow your form submissions/uploads to be opened or downloaded unless you are signed in to an existing Jotform account. If you are trying to access these uploads while logged out of your account, then you will not be able to do so. The same goes for any of your users.

    To resolve this issue, you will either need to log into your account to view the uploads, or you can disable these privacy settings so you can view the uploads while logged out.
