Account suspended: I can't get into my account

    Hi,

    My account was flagged because I asked for asking for a credit card. I can't get into my account to delete the form. Can you help me?

    I have removed the offensive fields from your form, and activated your account.

    Collecting payments and credit card information directly on the forms is against our terms, which is why your account was suspended. Please make sure that you have read and acknowledged our terms.

    You can still use our Payment Processor Integrations to charge your customers in an easy and safe way.
