Please give me instructions on how to delete file attachments

Again, it says I'm out of space. but when I look I have space, and I keep getting notifications and popup ads to upgrade. I don't need to upgrade. I just need a clear way to delete submitted files. We have a dropbox, so the files are there anyway.

It used to be so easy and now I'm annoyed and pestered with ads, and upgrades I don't need.

Please provide instructions on how to delete file attachments. Where are they hiding?????
