    Hi fordhamobserver,

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your concern. Have you tried the steps suggested on these threads?

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/18087-wordpress-integration

By the way, are you using WordPress.org or WordPress.com? Unfortunately, adding forms to Wordpress.com is not possible at this time since Wordpress.com does not allow forms, javascripts or iframes to be used in the website code.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

I am using wordpress.org. The first option is not sufficient because I only need the form to show up on a particular page and the second option does not work.

    Is there anything else?

    Hi,

I can't see any reason why the solutions provided by my colleague, Allan, would not work. Do you have your wordpress site hosted in your own server? Can you give us the link of your site? This is so we can investigate further and come up with a better solution.

Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to your response.
