Unable to download PDF File you sent

    You sent a PDF File of all my submissions today but when I received it in my email, I could not open it.

    To my understanding, you are having an issue downloading the PDF file of all of your submissions that were sent to your email. So you could download it, please make sure that you are logged into your JotForm account on the same web browser you are trying to download it from. That is required if the privacy settings for viewing submissions and uploaded files are checked on your account settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings)
