Encrypted responses do not get decrypted correctly

    There are always issues and problems with Jotform. Many times, encrypted responses do not get decrypted correctly, and cannot be read. Certain fields just show junk.

    Phone numbers suddenly change to non-existing numbers with non-existing area codes. For example a phone number field shows area code (569). That is not a US area code!!!

    There are all sorts of errors that happen that can't be explained!

    Also,

    submissions and pdf's behave weird and very slow on the website. The only thing that has worked has been the encrypted submissions that you have emailed to us. But still, there are almost always errors.

    Also,

    editing forms is slow and hard to do, due to the GUI.

    Also,

    old submissions suddenly get resubmitted. For example, today, a submission arrived, one that was already submitted weeks ago!

    Now, also,

    you keep sending emails saying that the upload space limit has been exceeded. However, all submissions have been deleted. So why is it still saying that there is no space left? I could not find any answers on your website.

    You need to improve the product and clarity. It is hard to use your service.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, when you try to decrypt your form submissions on the JotForm Tables, some submission data are not being decrypted correctly as expected. We will be glad to completely check this issue for you. Did you, by any chance, used a new encryption key to decrypt your form submissions and the only submissions that are not being decrypted are the ones that were submitted prior to you using the new key? With the help of screenshots, can you give us an example of the submission that shows the issue you have described, please? Reference Guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    As for your other concerns, we always encourage our users to open a separate ticket for each concern they have regarding their form or account to avoid confusion between replies. I have moved each of your concerns to different tickets.
