I'm perplexed because my mobile phone seems to be working fine. I've cleared form cache, browser cache and cookies and tried multiple browsers but my conditionally hidden items and other conditions are not behaving as designed on my computer. again - seems to be working fine on my mobile phone but the Firefox, Chrome views are not: https://take.ms/EcRK5

This has been going on for a few hours now.

I tested your form and the "password to edit" field does not display when I open it at my end (please see the screencast below). 1607658125 5fd2ea8d3cc30 QKnAL9gLrr Screenshot 10 Can you please check if you are using a URL with an edit link? Or, please try using incognito mode and see if the issue persists on your end.

I'm not using a URL with an edit link. I'm aware that's how this condition fires.

I've cleared all form caches within Jotform.
I've tried this on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. The issue is inconsistent and frustrating.

Can you force a form cache for me asap?

It was working as designed this morning but now it's not. And it appears to only be this form.

Now I'm in Firefox and I've identified the following.

If I use this link I don't have the problem: https://www.jotform.com/203437489166161

If I use this link, the problem exists: https://form.jotform.com/203437489166161

I tried accessing the problematic URL you mentioned on both Chrome and Firefox but was not able to replicate the issue:

    CHROME:

    FIREFOX:

Could you please try clearing your browser's cache then access the form again? I also cleared the form caches of your forms from our end.

I tested this issue on multiple computers and multiple browsers. It replicated PRECISELY each time.

For now your having cleared the cache seems to have helped because I did not clear anything after your message just now and they are both working (for now).

This is an obvious problem. I haven't tried clearing cache. Both of these screen shots were taken using the same browser in different tabs. Something is wrong.

I tried accessing the form again on different browsers (without clearing your form caches) and still unable to replicate it:

Also, I can see that the GET PAGE URL widget is found on page 8, could you please move it to page 1 just above the BreadCrumbs widget? See if it makes any difference.

I've moved it. At the moment, both links are working as designed. The problem seems to be inconsistent and unpredictable.

back to this problem. same form. same problem. multiple browsers not enforcing the conditionally hidden fields. i've cleared cache, cookies, etc. on ALL browsers. This behavior presents itself on all browsers including mobile.

very difficult to test a form when the conditions don't behave as designed.

i have also cleared form cache. no luck. firefox, chrome, edge, safari all behave the same. conditionally hidden fields are all showing.
