I have just cancelled my subscription, and I would like a refund

    Hello, I didn't realize I had a jotform account and I have just had a payment come out today for the full year. I canceled my account and I would love to get a refund on that payment please given that I am not using the service and I have since canceled it within the day the charge was made.

    Good day, you may be referring to a different account. The subscription for your account username "lumemedia" is already cancelled, so it will not renew this year. This account will downgrade on Dec 11, 2020.

    Upon searching, I found a Bronze subscription(I-VAEVPU09FDAP) that renewed today Dec 10, 2020, which was paid with your PayPal account "d****@lu*****a.agency". I see that it is already cancelled. This subscription was purchased for the account username "tgingalls07". We have set this account back to free plan, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.
