    Hi there,

When I try to import a form using the web URL, when I put my URL in the field, nothing happens. There is no button to press or anything.

    Am I missing something here?

Please log out from your current session, clear your browser cache, re-login and then try importing the form.

Do try and let us know the update.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately that did not fix it.

    Hello Stacee,

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

I have tried importing a form to my user test account across different browsers, but I was not able to replicate this issue.

Could you try using a different browser?

If possible, could you provide us a video of the issue? You can upload the video on any cloud storage and share the link here.

    Here is the video:

It's pretty boring because here is what happens:

    1. I copy the URL of the form from another account that I want to import into my account
    2. I paste the URL in the import field
    3. Nothing. I can't scroll, I can't move the form with the return button on my keyboard. I feel there is a button missing that should say "Import now"

    Hope that helps.

FWIW, other people in my network are having the same issue.

    I figured it out!

You have a problem if the screen is in full width. You can't scroll. If you trigger the mobile responsive page, then you can see the "create form" button. I replicated this on Chrome and Safari.

    Hi Santi_Stacee,

I don't have a Macbook Pro to test it out but I used BrowserStack to test the environment of Mac using chrome.

I have tried it on Chrome version 87 and it is working as expected.
