Configurable list widget: Date is not populating submissions after being filled out on form

    It seems that you are not using the date-picker provided by Jotform:


    Maybe you can replace it with the date picker widget provided by Jotform and it works:

    Hi Esmpdm,

    I checked out the widget's settings and I noticed you had a wrong format for the Date field (there was an extra space bar between years). Please add Datum : date : d/m/y : 2020-2034 into the settings and it will work without issues. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
