Card form issue

    Hello

    A card form I started creating a couple of days ago is no longer displayed as a Card form. It switched to ordinary form. Just wondering what could be the reason.

    I checked your form (Form ID: 203425418270045), and I could not replicate the same issue. The layout of your form now appears as a Card Form. Please check my test screenshot below;

    Maybe you have encountered a temporal situation. I kindly recommend you try again and let us know if the issue persists. You may send us screenshots while you are getting an error. Here is the related guide for you;
