How can I send multiple autoresponder emails and add another form link in that?

    Hi,

    I'd like to find out if there is a way of sending an email to an email address provided in a Jotform application form as a reference, and within that email having a link to another form (for the application references).

    ie. Joe Smith fills out a charity volunteer application form, and within the form lists his two references and their email addresses - at the point of submitting the form, I would like the Jotform system to send out two emails - one to each of Joe Smith's references, with a link to a second Jotform to provide the Reference details.

    Please could you let me know if this is possible and how I can achieve it? (I have created both forms)

    Hi Sharon,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can set up multiple autoresponder emails provided that they have different email field names.

    I have created a unique workaround for you in which I added 3 email fields, and all have different names. First is the user's email. The other two are reference emails provided by the user.

    STEP ONE: CREATE MULTIPLE AUTORESPONDER EMAILS

    Please follow this guide to set up an autoresponder email:

    We will create 3 autoresponder emails:

    1. One for the user who fills the form will receive a copy of his submissions (it's optional).
    2. For the 1st reference mentioned by the user.
    3. For the 2nd reference mentioned by the user.

    We need to add Recipient Emails accordingly. See the screencast below:

    STEP TWO: CHANGE THE CONTENT OF THE EMAIL

    You mentioned that you want to send a different form link to the references. You can edit the content of the email body and add the link to the form. Please note that the default autoresponder email contains all of the submission fields of the form. You may want to remove all the information you don't want to share with the references and add the form only.
