Hi there, I just created a form requiring submission of audio and photographs. I tested it and submitted fine but I can't access the files on the app for Mac.1607704657_5fd3a051790f2_

Hi Soundpathsadmin, thank you for reaching us.

To clarify, could you kindly confirm if you have tried to install and reinstall but the issue continues to persist?

    We await your response.

    I will try that.
The system works on you browser web based platform by the way.
However. I have sent my form to a few friends and colleagues to test and
they are unable to record or photograph on their iPhones direct from the
link which opens a web page. They are promoted to download the app. In a
real-world situation this prompt would put the majority of respondents off.
Could you instead prompt permissions to use camera and voice recording on
devices. Android and iPhone operating systems would cover most phones.
    Thanks, Tim

    Hi, Tim.

Please, try that and let us know how it goes.

Regarding the issue of your friends not being able to record audio or take a photo while accessing the link to your form with an iPhone, I tried it here.

First, I used Google Chrome, and I got the error: "Browser does not appear to be WebRTC-capable. Please use another browser".

So, I tried it using Safari on my mobile, and it worked fine. I also tried it on the emulator, and it also worked.1607795227_5fd5021b89935_

To take advantage of these widgets, the user needs to ensure that they are using the browser's latest version. Please, also give it a try. If the issue persists on different mobile browsers, get back to us to investigate it further.

    Best regards, 😀✨
