Account help

    When I fist made my JotForm account, I could not make or edit forma at all. I received zero useful help, so I made a new account with a different email and then it worked.

    That was all on my iPad, but today I tried logging in on the computer and it wouldn't show me the form I made. I thought I was logged into the wrong account so I tried switching accounts but I can't find the form I made anywhere, even though it's right here on my iPad.

    Where is my form? Why can't I reset the password on my account? Why don't you offer any goddamn phone support?

    I have checked the account associated with your email address and this is currently deleted, there is one form, but this is empty.

    May you please provide us your account username, email address or retrieve the form URL from your browser history?

    We will check further what may have happened with your account.
