Hello,
We have a form built for online gift card purchasing and we are having an issue with customers accidentally doing a double submission. So it charges their credit card twice and we have no way of doing a refund. Is there a way to avoid this? It's happened three times recently and is becoming a huge pain.

Hi,
To avoid multiple submissions, You can take advantage of our unique submission feature. You can try to use "Check Cookies and IP". So, it will check whether the submission came from the same browser:
