My client can't upload to me. I already upgrade my jotform account so this shouldn't be happening. Your website says I'm near the limit of my uploads which shouldn't be happening since as I said I just upgraded. This needs to be fixed ASAP

If you could share the device/OS and browser version where the issue occurred, that'd be helpful.
Were you able to trigger the bug more than once? If yes, how did you trigger it?
