My account was suspended twice last week because your Auto Detector suspected phishing forms. Since then, I have been a little scared/aprehensive to create new forms in case it happens again. Do you think a form with two fields named Customer ID and E:mail would be acceptable?
Thanks in advance,

I checked you account and it is currently active.
Usually, the form field combinations that should be avaoided are those that ask for username/userid, email and passwords. Having this fields all or 2 on your form, will have high possibilit of triggering the anti-phishing system and will mark the form as a phishing form.
In case you need to use userid and email, and the form is autosuspended, we will inquire from you details on how and where the form is used and why it should be allowed to use such fields or not.
Hope this help. Inform us again anytime if you have further question.
