Received an email saying form disabled

i received an email saying our form was disabled because “you have reached the limits of your account”

there are only 3 currently in our folder. Please advise

Looks like you're out of upload space limit, and have already deleted submissions.

Make sure that you delete the entries in the trash folder as well. 2
