I can't login

when I try to login it says user/pw invalid, sometimes. Other times, it does absolutely nothing (can't even press the login button). Sometimes I get a spinning circle for 20 minutes.

I think the account is under ZZEST

My login is either champdining or office@zzest.com

I tried to reset pw but again nothing happens. No email after 45 minutes.

And I've tried Crhome and Edge.

Now what?
