I'm working with Dallas Bethlehem Center and their Jotform broke

    I'm working with Dallas Bethlehem Center and they have a Jotform on their website that connected with Stripe so they could accept donations. However the connection to Stripe seems to have been severed. I don't have login information for Jotform, but I possible have an email address and the person that worked there that handled this no longer works there. I do have login info for Stripe and it's not showing any connection to Jotform anymore. I am also in contact with the Owner of the Stripe account and several of the Board Members. We're trying to get this resolved as fast as possible, but I need access to the Jotform account or at least to get the connection re-established and nobody seems to have any of that login info available.

    Unfortunately, as the accounts are personal, we cannot give access or contact information to third parties.

    You would have to create an account and recreate the form.
