Hi,
I'm working with the Dallas Bethlehem Center and their form isn't connecting to Stripe anymore. The person they used to have managing their account on JotForm is no longer there and didn't leave any login information. At the very least they need this connection reestablished as soon as possible since they can't accept donations and they're trying to launch their Christmas Campaign. They'd also love to be able to get access to their account again, maybe reset their password?
Any help would be appreciated.
