    Hi,

The function you're picturing out works with Jotform but not exactly how you think it would work like when you click the plus icon, it dynamically adds another set of fields. No, Jotform does not work that way.

With Jotform, you can't generate fields within the live form. You have to create these fields in the form builder and apply Hide/Show conditions. So, if you require 10 group of fields, you have to create all of these fields in the form builder then apply conditions.

First, you have to use Spinner tool. Here's an example: http://jotformpro.com/form/31836425225957. You can clone this form to your account to figure out the setup.

After adding a spinner tool, add all the fields that will be used for Hide/Show and then open the conditions wizard. Here's an example on how to setup the Hide/Show condition with the Spinner tool.

Then do the rest for the other fields. Example:

Let us know if you require further assistance. Thanks!
