Creating an autoresponder email and eliminating the extra fields that show below it?

Hi,

I just tried to replace the autoresponder email for one of my forms and evidently, I have forgotten something:

The form is Bootstrapping Entrepreneur Subscription Form

I have the proper email in place, and I requested a test email. That email has a bunch of widget like information at the bottom of my test email. and I am not sure how to remove it. I don't remember having to deal with that extra information showing on my autoresponder emails before.

How do I eliminate it? Thanks.

If you wish just to have a standard email content for the Autoresponder Email, you may delete the additional content on your current Autoresponder, or delete it and create a new one.
