*URGENT* My jotform won't save for registrant

    Hi -

    This is form - https://www.jotform.com/mivilobos/ic-2020-agreement

    When we try to fill out and save we get a blue circle of dots and the form never saves.

    Screenshot attached.

    We need this form for registration at a retreat ASAP - 12/12/2020.

    Please help!

    Hi there,

    I've checked your form and the save button is working as expected. Most probably it is a cache issue. I've cleared your form cache from here. If the issue persists then please clear your browser cache as well or try a different browser.
