If I send your form to an email address and the person receiving the form, currently on your free version, the receiving person has to sign in and create a profile. Does this always happen, because I can see that people are not going to complete my form and submit it, if they need to sign in. Does this disappear when you have a paid version?
I created a free form on your site to ask some health questions. I will use your HIPAA form, but I do not want to pay for something and then the patients need to sign in. My patients are very old and not very tech savvy, therefore I want no login.

Hi Melissa,
Users are required to create a JotForm account when your form is set to be private and you assign them to specific users only.
You can make your forms public again using the guide below.
