    Please be advised that Allan Moyle is deceased. I am his executor. Please advise me how to close his account.

    Hi Louise,

    Sorry to hear that. As far as his account is concerned, the account is currently on a free plan. If it is not used for some time then its status will automatically get changed to "DORMANT".

    If you are referring to an account with a paid subscription then please provide its email address or username so we can proceed further.
