Why am I getting blank answers?

    I have recently received 2 submissions that are blank. Could you tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it? I can't see who it is from to reach out to them.

    Hi, Kim.

    I can see these blank submissions on your Jotform Tables. The only information you can take from it is the IP address, but I not sure if that would be helpful.


    To avoid this issue, please, set some essential fields of your form as required. This way, your users will not be able to submit your form without filling these fields. Here is a helpful guide to show you how to do that.
