Sending form information to an external APIAsked by VentureWD on October 07, 2013 at 07:35 AM
Just wondering if it is possible to send form information to a separate API via a URL? So this is the scenario - I want to capture information when someone fills in a form;
- Product Ordered (via Jotform's Paypal / 2Checkout / etc payment facility)
- Product Code
When someone completes and submits the form, the information is sent automatically to a Warehouse Management System via a url. The information can then be processed automatically by the external API / WMS.
Is this possible to do and if so would someone be able to walk me through the process?
Thanks and kindest regards in advance!
Passing the data via URL can be accomplished by using a server side language code. We do recommend PHP

Also, we have an API where you can build yourself an integration with JotForm, please check the documentation on the link http://developers.jotform.com/integrations/
