Order forms come back jumbled

    When I receive my Order forms, the drop down menu items are all showing not just the single item the student ordered? How do I get the drop down menu to just choose the single item?

    To clarify, you would like to limit your users to select only one item from the Product List field? If so, you can disable the "Users Can Select Multiple Products" option on the Product List settings tab:


    I have checked the submissions on your form, and it seems that the students ordered multiple items and that's why it is showing on the email notification: how-to-view-form-submissions

    You may try to create a PDF document and attach it to your email notification instead of viewing the list of orders through the email notification:
