We're using the PayPal Pro widget and a lot of users are being charged twice. Is there anything we can do to prevent this? Here is the affected form: https://form.jotform.com/203233498297059

Hello,
I have checked your form and the submissions in it. It seems that the issue is due to duplicate submissions. Is the form embedded on a website? If it is, can you provide us with the URL where the form is located?
The duplicate submission issue could be due to the user's browser settings are set to "Continue where you left off" option and this is the browser's default setting on mobile devices:
They might access the same browser on a later time and loads the Thank You page of the form that triggers the reprocessing of their submission. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about the settings of the user's browser. You may try one of these workarounds on your form to prevent duplicate submissions.
- You can redirect your form to your website or a thank you page: How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission. If you don't have a custom thank you page, you can use this link https://www.jotform.com/thankyou.html
- Alternatively assign a Unique Question on your form to prevent duplicate submissions: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
