Need to have clients electronically sign and return a waiver

Hi!

I am a Pilates teacher doing online classes and would like a way to send my waver through email and have them electronically sign and return it through email. I have my three page waiver document or can manually type it in. Does your service accommodate this?

Yes, this is possible with JotForm forms. You may use the Short Scrollable widget for the content of your weaver or the Terms and Condition widget.
