How do I configure a workflow for the order form?

    Hello.

    I use JotForm to receive authorization for my shipping services, when a customer accepts my estimate and wants us to pick up their items to ship, is there a way to automatically send them a payment form?

    I can see in your form that the payment options you are looking to work with are:

    I can see that none of them is an automatic way of letting your clients pay for your service. You need to send them an email or do a phone call.

    We can use some conditions and extra emails to send an email to your client to complete the payment with a Zelle link. If you want to keep it, please, let us know, and we can create an example for you. However, if you can use one of our payment processor widgets, you can also allow the user to pay with a credit card on your form.

    Can you please confirm if the following workflow could work for you:

    1. A client will fill your form with basic information;
    2. The user and you, the form owner, will receive a notification from that submission;
    3. You will check the submission and add the price of your service;
    4. After that, your client will receive an email saying that the estimate is already done and can proceed with payment. You will use one of our available payment widgets to do that;
    5. Your client will access your form to confirm with a signature and then proceed with the payment.

    Yes, this is exactly what I am looking for. I currently offer Zelle but I do want to integrate my JotForm with Square. Is it possible that my customer automatically receives a Square payment JotForm if they agree to the amount?

    You can have two forms. In one of the forms, you can generate a quote and if the user agrees to it then you may populate the second form with the amount that the user has confirmed in the first quote form. The user can then submit the second form to make a payment.

    The second form is integrated with the Square payment.
