We have several forms on the site. Every time I attempt to pull the submissions, it pulls up the "September 2013" Form that we have. I have tried to open the submissions on every form we have and it always goes to "September 2013" every time. Please fix as soon as possible.

Hello, I checked on this but I did not see any issues on our end. I think that this may be a minor issue with your cached information on your computer that connects to your account within our service. Please try clearing your form cache and also clear your browser cache to refresh this on your end. Then log back into your account and try again. Should this issue continue then please let us know.

My apologies. I realized that it was an issue with cookies. I fixed the
issue and forgot to delete the support request.
