Why can't I login to my account?

    Seems I'm locked out of my account because jotform doesn't accept my user name htvolunteers.sac@gmail.com but no error message. It won't let me change my password . Previous to that I wanted to share our Short term form to myself to my other email phcrsta@gmail.com and when I logged in the Short term form disappeared! I can't change either password now.

    I checked these accounts:

    htvolunteers.sac@gmail.com

    phcrsta@gmail.com

    Both of your accounts are active.

    I read this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/2763031, in which you mentioned that you were able to reset your password but still having issues when you log in.

    Please clear your browser cache and try to log in again. You can try to log in using a different browser too.

    Sometimes, we save the password in the browser, and every time we enter a different password, the browser automatically changes it to the saved one, which creates a problem. So, clearing the saved password and browser cache will help.
