    Use of recorded data

Asked by iberlucio R. Santos on October 07, 2013 at 10:41 AM

    Good morning,

I wonder if after recording the data, the generator provides routine reading and presentation on another screen?

    1 - Register ads (classified)

2 - Submit ads to users.

    Hello Iberlucio,

I am not sure I have completely understood your question.

Do you want to send advertisements to your users? It can be somewhat achieved by adding an autoresponder in your form. When your user submits the form, submission email will be sent to the user. You can customize your auto responder email template to display advertisements.

Here is a guide which should help you add auto responder to your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

I am not sure if this answers your question and do get back to us if you meant to ask something else?

    Thank you!

Well, my goal is another, is as follows:
I'm putting together a website and newspaper classifieds have a page where interested users to include their ads ("sale, rent, services, jobs, etc ...) the form" Registration Page ", and another page" Read ads "where other users make interested reading these ads.
The question is: JotForm provides me some routine where you do the reading of the data and show the page "Read ads" in an organized manner?

    Hi,

Publishing Submitted Information to a form can be done by creating a report. Either of the Grid or Table Report:

    -Create Grid Listing Report

    -Create HTML Table Listing Report

This is the only way I could think of any possible solution to your inquiry. Other than this, you can manually publish all the submitted ads to your form to your webpage.

    Thanks

    Very good,
But let's evolve a little more on my goals.
1 - Register advertisers with their data, User and Password.
2 - You should only generate ads who are registered, informing USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
3 - Show ads by category (Sale, Rental, Services).

    Hello Iberlucio,

Unfortunately we do not support login/authentication forms. The forms can only be used to capture user input.

We have a anti phishing system in place which doesn't like forms with "Password" field. Even if you ask your users to create a account with different label like "Username" and "Keycode", you will not be able to authenticate it later.

On your requirement of showing ads by category, you can somewhat achieve it with a combination of forms and different reports.

Do get back to us if this is okay and I will be happy to work on a demo form for you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    @iberlucio

First you have to create a report on your form.

    -Create Grid Listing Report

    -Create HTML Table Listing Report

Second, after generating the report, you will be provided with an iframe code. Copy that.

Last, add a Free Text HTML on your 2nd form and paste the copied iframe code.

That's it. Do let us know if you have any difficulties applying this solution.

    Regards!
