account suspended

I sent in a question an hour ago about my form being disabled, now I am all of a sudden logged out and can't get logged back in. I am pretty sure the reason my form was disabled is because I was asking for credit card information on my form. The only reason I was doing that is because it wouldn't let me integrate my square... or any payment method. I will just remove this and ask for payment elsewhere, but I would like to be able to get back into my account and retrieve my forms.
