Downgrade yet still charged

    I downgraded my account on November 14 to Bronze Monthly Non-Profit and I was still charged 99 this month. Please refund. Thank you!

    Hello! Your GOLD subscription was paid via PayPal. For your current (Bronze) subscription, you're paying us directly via your credit card.

    PayPal subscriptions need to be manually cancelled. It seems you didn't cancel it. Kindly cancel this subscription by logging into your PayPal account and let us know. We'll process the refund from our end.
