My form will not let me open the photos that my customers uploaded.

    Hello Kimberly - Do you open the attachments while logged out of your Jotform account? I just checked that the account's Privacy Setting has been set to "Enabled". It means that the attachments can only be viewed if you are logged on to the said account.

    Please try disabling it by going to the account's settings and uncheck the following options:

    After doing so, you should be able to view the images attached to the email notification even when logged out of Jotform.
