Upgrade to Economy - URGENT

    Hello, 

    Can anyone, someone please assist...anybody....

    I've emailed twice, sent a question on support form and even had to tweet you.

    We upgraded to economy more than three hours ago and still our account has not been updated....

    we payed via master card on a business card. Can you please upgrade us as we are now receiving emails saying we have reached our quota and forms will be removed.....

    Below is the email of confirmation we received - we have emailed the address on there twice!
