Unauthorized Access message

This form is not working properly. for some reason, my email address is coming up as "unauthorized," which I don't understand. Can someone please contact me about this issue? I had my sister put in an order from my form as a test, and I got an email for the order, but when I click on the button, I get this error message:

Unauthorized Access

Your account does not have access to this form. Please switch accounts or view your forms.

Not sure why this is happening.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on the form and I noted that Form Encryption feature was enabled on the form.

Please check the user guide : Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them

You will need to upload the private key first before you can remove encryption and view the data.
