Hi. I’m trying to create a package deal where customers can choose multiple flavors for a 4 or 6 pack deal. How can I change the format to allow the selection of the different flavors?

    Hi Sugagoddessconfections,

You may use the 'Conditional logic' to create multiple packages base on the combination of different flavors.

    Here is an example: https://eu.jotform.com/203464800312343

    Hello,

In addition to Samuel's reply, please find a detailed guide on how to use "Conditional Logic" in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-smart-forms:-conditional-logic-for-online-forms

Should you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to reply to this thread.

I don’t see the option to clone the form. I’m not that tech savvy.

    Hi Samuel
Do you mind creating a copy or sample of your form so that I can clone it?
It won’t allow me to view your form to clone it.

    Hi,

If you still cannot clone the form, please try this form link: https://form.jotform.com/203476920126958. The form privacy is probably enabled and that's the reason why you cannot clone the form of @samuel.y.123abc.

You can also try the Product List field and create something like this demo form: https://form.jotform.com/203476882842061

Here's an introductory guide on how to add it to your form with a payment gateway: https://www.jotform.com/blog/introducing-product-list-form-field/

Sorry sugagoddessconfections, I just realized it was in 'Private mode'.

I have changed it to 'public'. Please try to clone it again.
