    I just created my account and it was suspended. How can I reactive the account? I'm hoping to use this form this week.

    Your account is suspended as you were collecting passwords in your form. Collecting Passwords from the users which are against our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    We need to delete the offending fields from the form and then we can activate your account.

    Hi, Please do what you need to do. I was creating a test form for learning
    purposes. I won't be collecting people's passwords.
