Subcribe for a month bronze plan but get charged twice.

    Hi Guys,

    Just notice that we have been charged monthly when I subscribed for one time only plan..

    Can you help he rectify this please?

    I have noticed that you are using PayPal as a payment method.

    Please note that in this case, PayPal sets up recurring payments automatically.

    To solve this, you have to:

    1. Log in to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to Jotform
    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button, and that is it.

    Then please get back to us to confirm and for us to request a refund on your account.

    Hi Tim,

    I've sent a request to the concerned billing team to cancel your monthly subscription. You should be able to see the refunded amount on your end in the next 3-5 working days.
