Whitelisting IP addressesAsked by kumc on October 07, 2013 at 01:30 PM
Is it possible for you to notify me via email when the list at: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses is updated so we can be sure to update our allowed IPs to correspond.
Continued use of JotForm is contingent upon the satisfaction of the user base that I support.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Thanks for contacting us.
We will definetly update the guide if the IP addresses are updated. So I would recommend you to bookmark that link so that you can check the IP list. That will allow you to be aware of any update. I will also bookmarked this thread to notify you if any update occurs.
Asking your clients to check your site constantly for updates so we don't lose important correspondance via our web forms is asking a bit much.
How hard would it be for you to create a mailing list of your clients to notify when you make updates to your service? I'm guessing you even have the technology to create an opt-in/out form. Ahem.
