Can't fill the form on desktop or mobile

Hi,
I'm not sure what's happening but despite making no changes to the embed, the form on my product pages to generate leads is no longer scrolling down so that it may be filled out.

If you notice on this page, there are two buttons called "Talk to a Guru" and I tested both on desktop and mobile and I can't seem to scroll down.

This is a sudden problem and I can't seem to understand why it won't work as before.

Thanks for checking. Immediately after I posted this, I added the iframe along with the script. For the last few months, it was just the iframe as iframe + script was causing mobile responsiveness issues.

Looks like simply adding the script back fixed the problem.
