Share form to not ask them to create account

I don't want a "public" form. I want the teacher to receive the link and pass that link out to 15-20 students that I have no clue who they are until they register. Also, must someone create a jot form account? or sign in with social media to complete the forms? I would prefer not to force the students / teachers to do that. When I did a "test" I received the attached pic when I clicked on the link asking me to login or create an account. I was hoping to just see the form.

You can add them as assignee to your form so that it won't ask them to create an account.
