subscription charged twice

    We are being charged twice per month, why is this, we have been charged twice in October and twice in November, can you please credit as we should onl

    I am able to view the duplicate submission in your account and here are the invoices ID of the duplicate payments.

    I have processed the refund for the 3 invoice and cancelled the duplicate subscription.
