Cant access my account

    Hi just trying to log in to my account as the form I created isn’t working. But now I cannot log in. Any suggestions? We created the form as part of our COVIDSafe planning and at the moment we are unable to operate until we get it fixed.

    Your account was suspended that's why you weren't able to login into your account. I've checked the form you created and it doesn't seem to violate our terms of use. Your account was mistakenly suspended by the system, and we apologize for the inconvenience. I have reactivated your account so you should be able to login now.
